Jefferson Park’s first community garden was founded in 2010.
The garden is under the umbrella of D.U.G.
The garden is located on the campus of CEC Middle College of Denver. It is on the NE corner of campus at W27th. Avenue and Clay Street.
Gardeners partner with the Culinary Program at CEC Middle College, and produce grown is periodically featured in the student-run Eliot Street Cafe.
Garden leadership consists of a steering committee made up of Jefferson Park neighbors.
