After offering five-star Afternoon Tea from their neighborhood tea house in Historic Montclair, Nanna’s Teas moved to the “OneidaParkCenter” with the plan to expand to a larger free-standing building. It just didn’t happen and the new temporary location limited their shop to loose leaf teas and a hot cup of tea served in a paper cup.
Karen Renz of Nanna’s started looking for a new location that would give them the ability to offer a full menu, and found the recently available Gordo Loco space at2637 W 26th Avenue. In partnership with the owner of the historic house, Tom, Karen and Tobie of Nanna’s Teas will offer breakfast, lunch, high tea as well as the freshest loose teas from around the world to take home. “We are so happy to be part of the Jefferson Park/Highland community,” said Karen.
