STREET CLOSURE ALERT
The seventh annual Blue Shoe Run for Prostate Cancer will be held on Saturday, September 10th at The Urology Center of Colorado. We encourage you to participate either by running/walking the event or by cheering on all of the participants who will be passing by that morning – please visit TheBlueShoeRun.com to register. Come out and help us make The Blue Shoe Run a fun event at which Denver residents and merchants work to improve local prostate cancer screening, community education and research programs.
This information outlines the impact the event will have on your access to streets surrounding your business or home on Saturday, September 10th. The following streets will be closed from 8:00 am
until approximately 9:00 am:
MILE HIGH STADIUM CIRCLE
WEST COLFAX AVENUE
I-25 ON RAMP FROM 23RD AVENUE
23RD AVENUE BETWEEN DECATUR STREET & ELIOT STREET
CLAY STREET BETWEEN 23RD AVENUE AND MILE HIGH STADIUM CIRCLE
While local access and detour routes will be provided, you may want to schedule Saturday morning trips outside of this time period to minimize any inconvenience. Please pay attention to signs, barricades, and traffic direction for your safety and the safety of participants. Even if there are no signs near your vehicles, it would be greatly appreciated if you would move your vehicle off these streets before Saturday morning.
