Who Let the Dogs Out – JPUN teamed up with Urban Vet Care on Aug. 8 for the third annual Dog Days of Summer community POOCH-luck at the Jefferson Park playground. Thanks to Diggin’ Doggies, Republic of Paws, Denver Animal Shelter, Mile High Pup Stop and Biscotti Hound Dog Biscuit Bakery for providing the PAWesome shWAG for all the fur babies. There was an abundance of treats, food samples, sports jerseys, shampoos, portable food/water bowls, poo bag dispensers, leash refectors, pupcake, cupcakes, Frisbees, coupons and more. This event would not be PAWSible without the support of Denver Police Department – District 1 officers and the generosity of local businesses that provided food/beverage for all the PAWrents. Thanks to our PUParazzi, Caleb Hill, who captured some great shots of our neighborhood pets.
