Denver’s Neighborhood Planning Initiative (NPI) launched in 2017 and is designed to offer neighborhood residents and stakeholders the opportunity to come together and shape the future of each area of the city.
Starting in early 2021, Jefferson Park joins the Chaffee Park, Sunnyside, and Highland neighborhoods to create the Near Northwest Area Plan. The plan is scheduled to be completed by early 2023.
